Customize your Profile to personalize your Philanthropy Cloud experience. If you’re new to Philanthropy Cloud, it should be the first thing you do!

My Image — Update your image to personalize your profile.
My Details — View and edit your personal details as required. You can also request to view or delete your personal data.
My Volunteer Skills and My Causes — Select your skills and causes to get personalized recommendations.

Update My Image

Personalize your profile by updating your profile image.

To update your profile image:

Select Profile.
Select .
Drag an image file to the designated area or select Browse.

The image should be a 150-250px wide square in one of these formats: .jpg, .gif, or .png. Philanthropy Cloud automatically scales and pads your image.
Position and size your image, then select Save.

Update My Details

Update your personal details in your Profile. You can also request to view or delete your personal data.

To update your personal details:

Select Profile.
Select Edit
Update your personal details.
Select Save.

Note: If you're a Philanthropy Cloud Champion for your organization, you'll see a special badge in your Profile. If you have questions about this role, please contact your administrator.

Request Personal Data

You can request a copy of the personal data that Philanthropy Cloud collects about you to understand how this data is used. You can also request to delete your personal data.

Note: Requests must be fulfilled within one month of receipt.

To submit a personal data request:

Select Profile.
Select Edit.
Select Personal Data Request to access the Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) form.

If multiple DSAR forms are available to you, select the appropriate workplace or processor link to access their form as required.

Select My Volunteer Skills

Everyone is good at something, and you can share your superpowers with others when you volunteer. Select your skills in the My Volunteer Skills section of your Profile.

Personalized recommendations display on your Home page based on your skills and causes.

When you view a volunteer opportunity, you'll see a list of any matched skills from your Profile.

To select your skills:

Select Profile.
In the My Volunteer Skills section, select Search to display a list of skills.
Select the skills you can offer to volunteer opportunities. Search for skills by typing the first few letters.
To remove a skill, select x.
Select Save.

Select My Causes

Select the causes that are important to you in the My Causes section of your Profile.

Personalized recommendations display on your Home page based on your skills and causes.

To select your causes:

Select Profile.
In the My Causes section, select Edit.
Select the causes you are passionate about. Selected causes display .
To deselect a cause, select it again. Deselected causes display .
Select Save.
